What to Expect
Everyone’s a little nervous the first time they visit someplace new. We strive to ensure that every visit to our office is as comfortable as possible for each patient.
Dr. Lake will begin the visit by asking questions pertaining to the reason for your visit. The next step will be to complete a battery of tests that are designed to evaluate the status of the system creating a problem. We’ll conclude the visit by providing a detailed explanation of the test results. At this part of the visit, we encourage patients and their significant others to ask questions about anything they don’t understand. Dr. Lake believes that your visit to her office should be a partnership. Part of that journey should be to ensure that you are well informed about any problems we find, including all possible solutions.

“From the moment Dr. Lake started treating me for my hearing, I have found three words that rise to the top to describe her and her practice: confident in knowing what she’s doing, empathetic as a caregiver and respectful of my time and treatment.”
